Ok, I've just bought a keyboard for my palm pilot and here are my initial thoughts:

It's easier than using Graffiti, that's for sure, though I seem to be missing spaces occasionally and sometimes other characters too. It's not a throughput problem, I can type really fast and everything appears as it should - it's a pressure thing. I guess I need to type more heavily to ensure that all the keys I hit get pressed.

The arrow/cursor keys will take some getting used to, but that's probably not going to be a problem.

What IS a problem, however, is the location of the delete key, which needs to be a bit closer to the centre of the keyboard for my liking. Especially with all the mistakes I'm making at the moment...

Apart from that however, it fulfills all my requirements since I will now be able to type up notes at a moment's notice, without waiting for my laptop to boot. Who knows, I may even be able to take this when I go travelling. It's light and small enough, though it had better not get wet...
