Routing

This is still an open topic - there are several ideas about how the routing will work, but DHCP will be used around nodes for transient mobile connections, and part of the 10.x.x.x block will be used for the wireless routers. There are a lot of requirements for a chosen routing strategy, and it is very difficult to satisfy all of them.
